Over the past year, our HR and People & Culture team has demonstrated exceptional commitment by creating a vibrant workplace environment where every employee feels valued and engaged. We’ve implemented various initiatives that foster teamwork and inclusivity, including our popular 'Friday Winedown' and team events ranging from laser tag to visits to the Glasgow Science Centre. These initiatives have helped us strengthen bonds within our team and ensure everyone has a voice in shaping our workplace culture.
In response to feedback, we conducted a comprehensive Meeting Efficiency Survey, which led to us implementing a 'No internal meetings day' every Wednesday. This proactive approach not only enhanced productivity but also prioritised the well-being of our staff, combating issues such as technostress and Zoom fatigue.
